Why we exist.
Many nations are responsible for vast areas of ocean. Seeing what happens across that maritime domain is difficult, and it matters — for security, for the environment, and for the lawful use of the sea.
Overwatch provides the platforms and networks that give partner nations a persistent, attentive view of their own waters. Partners own the picture and decide how to act. We are the infrastructure behind their awareness, not the face of enforcement.
