We are mindful of the ocean we help partners watch, and of how the capability we provide is used.
Stewardship of the sea.
The ocean is worth protecting. The maritime awareness we provide can contribute to that protection — supporting partners’ environmental and climate-change monitoring, and helping identify activity that harms marine ecosystems, such as illegal fishing.
We only claim what is real. Where our contribution is a supporting one, we say so.
Confirm environmental and ESG claims are accurate and supportable; avoid greenwashing.
Mindful of how capability is used.
Capability carries responsibility. We provide awareness and platforms to sovereign partners and agencies, and we are mindful of the contexts in which they are used. We work to be a trustworthy, discreet, and ethically serious partner.
Any statement of responsible-use commitments, end-use controls, or ethics policies must reflect the company’s actual policies. Company input needed: confirm what responsible-use posture may be stated publicly.
Working alongside partner nations.
A social licence to operate is earned, not assumed. We work to strengthen partners’ own capability and to respect their sovereignty — so the benefit of maritime awareness stays with the nations and communities it serves.
